It doesn't matter if you're planning a straightforward conference or an international multimedia conference:

 

Our room concepts, including modern technology and individually bookable services, make you forget about the trivialities.

All formats are suitable for one to multi-day conferences and congresses, with or without evening events, or with accompanying trade exhibitions. You can also book additional group rooms upon request.

Lecture hall
  • conference in rows of chairs with a center aisle
  • knowledge transfer without the need for extensive note-taking
  • executive or speaker's table on the front stage, as well as a lectern, headset/lapel microphone, or microphone at the lectern
  • option for room microphones for audience participation
    Screen and projector
  • additional technology rental available upon request

Congress Hall
  • like Format 1, but with parliamentary seating.
  • participants have the opportunity to work at the tables and have drinks at their seats.

Congress and workshop room
  • like format 1 and 2
  • seating with large round tables (cabaret style), but only occupied on one side so that participants have a good view of the screen
  • suitable for group work at the round tables
  • optional provision of pin boards on the tables
